Brad Koons brings a unique blend of deep technical RF expertise and C-Suite sales acumen to the WaveAperture leadership team. With a career spanning nearly three decades of evolution in wireless technology—from the early days of GSM to the cutting edge of 5G—Brad specializes in the consultative selling of mission-critical communication systems, including Public Safety DAS and macrocellular networks.
Prior to joining WaveAperture, Brad held senior leadership roles at Gladiator Innovations and LCC/WFI, where he managed international partnerships and delivered high-value software-as-a-service (SaaS) and PaaS portfolios to North American telecom giants. His technical background includes serving as a WiMAX Subject Matter Expert on global $70M deployments and pioneering the use of Automatic Cell Planner technology to triple regional sales growth.
